ARABIC IN SCHOOLS AND NURSERIES

For many years, ALC (formerly DEI) has proudly worked with some of Dubai’s top public and private schools. ALC has worked with the schools by providing Arabic teachers to support their existing Arabic language department. Our method focuses on oral communication that develops the children’s confidence in speaking the language. We use a selection of educational games, songs, role plays, flash cards etc… to make the learning interactive and enjoyable.

We understand that many schools aim to have professional Arabic teachers, who not only teach the curriculum effectively, but also stimulate the students’ interest in the language. As such, ALC provides native-speaking Arabic teachers to academically support the school’s Arabic department. We work closely with the Arabic department to fulfill the guidelines and requirements of the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) for Arabic A and Arabic B.

After School Activities Programme
ALC provides after-school Arabic Conversation classes at the school’s premises. The objective of the after-school programme is to provide children with additional Arabic support at the convenience of their school premises. The conversation classes are held for one hour and aim to expand the children’s vocabulary whilst encouraging them to speak Arabic with confidence.

If your school would benefit from the Arabic Conversation After- School Activities programme, please contact us for more information on 04 331 0221 or email us at alcc@arabiclanguagecentre.com
