Please note that we require a minimum of six students to run a public course. If we have less than six students signed up for a course, we can either cancel the course; arrange for the students to go to an alternative timing or wait a term; charge extra or run it for fewer hours.

Our Course materials are distributed to registered students and are not sold seperatly.
Enrolment and payments can be made at the ALC location, Dubai World Trade Centre Tower, Level 4. Visit the how to find us tab on the bottom of the page for our location map. Our standard administration office hours are 9am-6pm,. Payments can be made using the following methods:
1. Cash (please remember to collect a signed receipt for your payment)
2. Cheque: payable to the Arabic Language Centre (please write your name on the back of the cheque).
3. Credit Card: only in person at our premises, not via the telephone or Internet.
4. Bank Transfer details are as follows (please email us at JLIB_HTML_CLOAKING to advise of hte transaction details).
If you are not transferring money from an account with the same bank, please add AED25 to the total amount to cover the transaction fee:

We have a strict no refund policy and we are not able to hold credit if you do not complete the class. Only when classes are cancelled by the ALC are refunds possible.
